Linda Stonerock Douglas

LINDA STONEROCK DOUGLAS, 60, of Florence, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the McLeod Hospice House after a lengthy illness. Linda was born in Circleville, Ohio, the daughter of Mary Ann Crabill Stonerock and the late Jerry William Stonerock. She was the receptionist for Turner, Padget, Graham and Laney. Linda was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, David Allen Stonerock. Surviving are her loving husband of twenty-three years, William Amos Douglas of Florence; son, Jerry Arthur Gantt of Colorado Springs, CO; special granddaughter Heather E. Gantt of the home; four step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; brothers, Richard William Stonerock and Danny Eugene (Debbie) Stonerock, both of Florence; step-son, Greg Douglas and step-daughter, Amy (Walt) Turbeville, also of Florence; and eleven nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 13, 2014 in the chapel of Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M.
