Windell Herbert Price

Windell Herbert Price, 87, of Effingham, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Mr. Price was born a son of the late Nancy Mae Shelley Price and Gilbert Grady Price.He was a member of Pamplico Church of God. He retired as a blueprint cutter from La-Z-Boy. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Iva Nell Powell Price; two grandchildren, Kelvin W. Price and Jodie G. Price; brother, Sonny Boy Price and sisters, Doris Price and Ruby Sports. He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Matthews (Don Showers) of Florence; sons, Dennis Price (Jean) of Coward, Ray Price (Cathy) of Timmonsville and Patrick Price of Effingham; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and sister, Shelley Hannah of Ladson. Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Hicks Chapel Cemetery in Coward, SC, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
