Wilma Poston Jackson

Wilma Poston Jackson, 86, of Florence, SC, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Marvin Poston and Estelle Poston.

Wilma found joy in crocheting and watching her favorite game shows. A gifted seamstress, she lovingly created and repaired garments for her family. Above all, she cherished time spent with her loved ones.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Jackson; son, Wayne Jackson; brothers Kenneth Poston, Linwood Poston and Wayne Poston; grandchild, Scott Hardee; and great grandchildren, Eli Hardee and Ashley Jackson.

She is survived by her son, Billy (Joann) Jackson; daughters, Ginger McGee and Kathy (David) Hardee; Grandchildren, Marvin (Sam) Jackson, Michael (Kathryn) Jackson, Tony (Casie) Jackson, Rachel (Tracey) Jenkins, Britney Hardee and Jared (Katie) McGee; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Jennette Gainey.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Mount Hope Cemetery
