Willie "W.E." Eugene Pace

Willie Eugene “W.E.” Pace, 87, of Florence, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014, at Carolinas Hospital System. Mr. Pace was born in Mississippi, a son of the late Willie Bob Pace and Ellen Thomas Pace. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Bud Pierce. Surviving are his wife of sixty-one years, Bonnie Hand Pace; three children,Victor (Camilla) Pace of Florence, Dee Sykes of Darlington and Kathy (Tom) Ford of Liberty; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and his sisters, Maude (Jesse) Dickinson of California and Betty Scott of Mississippi. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Services will be held at a later date in Mississippi.
