William John Waters

William John "Johnny" Waters, Jr., 75, of Darlington, SC, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017. Mr. Waters was born the son of the late William John Waters and Thelma Simmons Waters.He was a veteran of the US Army.Mr. Waters was a construction electrician. He was a Christian and loved all sports.Mr. Waters enjoyed playing golf. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jean Crawford and brother, Jerry Waters. Mr. Waters is survived by his son, William John“Billy” Waters, III (Kim) of Darlington; daughters, Sharon Williamson (Joey) and Becky Garges (Craig), both of Florence; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Leland Waters of Raleigh, NC; sister, Barbara Myers of Darlington and multiple nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Entombment will immediately follow.
