William Ralph "Sonny" Little II

William Ralph “Sonny” Little II, 76, of Florence, SC passed away July 25, 2025.

He was born in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Ruth Edgington Little and William Ralph Little.

Sonny was a proud U.S. Army veteran who dedicated fifty years of his life to the restaurant industry, culminating in his retirement as a manager at Cracker Barrel in 2014. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sonny was a man of many passions. He found joy in painting and drawing, and he deeply cherished reading and studying the Bible. Known for his green thumb, he loved spending time in his greenhouse, nurturing plants and flowers with care and devotion.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Deanna Watts, Billie Jo Bond, and Vonnie Little.

Surviving are his wife, Christi Benton Little; sons, Benton (Whitney)Little, Stidham Little, and Evan Little; brothers, Richard (Diane) Little and Butch Little; Me’Mama, Joan Benton; many nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to follow at 2:00 PM.
