WILLIAM EDGAR BLIZARD, JR. TIMMONSVILLE, SC William Edgar Blizard, Jr., 58, of Timmonsville, SC passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. Mr. Blizard was born in Birmingham, AL a son of Herman Terrell and the late Myra Ann Parks Terrell.He was a truck driver for Game Creek Video. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Terrell and an uncle, Johnny Parks. Surviving are his wife, Tammy Blizard of Timmonsville; daughters, Monique Bryant (David) Turner of Marion, SC, Brandy Bryant Caulder of Quinby and Billie Gayle (Joshua Trantham) Bryant of Florence; grandchildren, Kelly Wayne Caulder, Peyton Edward Turner and Lacianne Lowrimore; father, Herman Terrell of Ashville, AL; brothers, Billy Terrell and Jimmy (Dottie) Terrell, both of Alabama and lifelong best friend, Lloyd Elwell of Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Pamplico Pentecostal Holiness Church.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
