Wallace Broach, Jr. Florence, SC Wallace Broach, Jr., 69, died Saturday, November 05, 2011 at Duke University hospital in North Carolina after an illness. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Amanda Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Mr. Broach was born in Florence Co., SC a son of the late Wallace M. and Pauline Dowdy Broach. He was a faithful member of Amanda Pentecostal Holiness Church, where he served as a deacon.Mr. Broach retired as an auto mechanic and was an avid fisherman. Surviving are his loving daughter, Leslie (Jamie) Renfroe of Pamplico; granddaughter, Leanna Renfroe of Pamplico; brother, John Garland Broach of Rock Hill, SC; 4 sisters, Betty Allen of Florence, Chessie Allen of Effingham, Mary White of Summerville and Carol Turner of Effingham; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Amanda Pentecostal Holiness Church, 4820 Pamplico Highway, Florence, SC29505.
