VOLO HOWARD Florence, SC Volo Howard, 86, of Florence, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016. Miss Howard was born in Eutaw, Alabama.She was the daughter of the late Beatrice Thomas Howard who used Sherry Howard as her stage name on Broadway.Volo was an administrative assistant to a Federal Judge in New York. Surviving are her cousins, Sallie Gibson and Edgar Thomas. Memorials may be made to Eastside Christian Church, 3541 E. Palmetto Street, Florence, SC 29506. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Eastside Christian Church.Burial will be held in the Sunset Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
