Vivian K. Ford

Vivian K. Ford, 83, of Florence, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019. Mrs. Ford was born a daughter of the late Mattie Tobetha Smith Robinson and Herbert J. Robinson.She retired from General Electric as a MRI scheduling coordinator. Mrs. Ford was a good mother and friend. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Buck Ford; son, J. Lawrence Ford; and brother, Edward J. Robinson. She is survived by her daughter, Frances F. Godfrey of Effingham; four grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at Mount Hope Mausoleum Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
