Timothy Craig Matthews

Timothy Craig Matthews, 55, of Effingham, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Mr. Matthews was born in Manchester, Connecticut a son of Jimmy Carroll Matthews and the late Bonnie Fayne Quick Matthews.He worked in landscaping. Surviving are his father of Effingham, and two brothers, Dale M. Matthews and Todd W. Matthews, both of the Hartford area in Connecticut. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home is assisting the family.
