TERESA SUZANN "SUSIE" DAY HOBBS FLORENCE, SC TERESA SUZANN "SUSIE" DAY HOBBS, 48, of Florence, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Mrs. Hobbs was born in Florence Co., SC a daughter of Ethel Mae Altman Lee and the late Roy Matthew Day.She was a member of Eastside Free Will Baptist Church and had been the General Manager at Hardees for many years.She loved her family dearly and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Murray Mitchell Day. Surviving are her husband of 9 years, David Drew Hobbs, of Florence; children, Kelley Nichole Ard of Columbia and John Steven Howard of Hartsville; mother, Ethel and step-father, John William Lee of Coward; brothers, John (Marlene) Day of Cades and Joseph "Bay" (Teresa) Day of Scranton; sister, Ann (Dale) Foxworth of Coward; nieces, Crystal Antwine, Marah Miles, Alyson Day, Sydney Day, Jennifer Price, Ashley Hobbs and Angela Pate; nephews, Joseph Day, Nicholas Day, Zach Hobbs, Al Hobbs, Matthew Price and Benjamin Price; her dog, Lucy. Memorials may be made to Eastside Free Will Baptist Church, 1501 Sharon Road, Florence, Sc29506. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens.
