Teddy "Bug" Dock Phipps

Teddy Dock “Bug” Phipps, Jr., 40, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Mr. Phipps was born in Florence, SC, a son of Stella Yates Phipps and the late Teddy Dock Phipps.He was a welder with LTM General Contractors. In addition to his mother, surviving are his son, Chantze Drake Watson, who he loved dearly; sisters, Tina (Rick) Lynch, Tammy (Nathan) Sims and Penny Norwood; brother, Maxie (Leigh) Donald Norwood; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
