Sylvia Iris Hutchinson

Sylvia Iris Hutchinson, 70, of Effingham, SC passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. Mrs. Hutchinson was born in Florence, SC the daughter of the late Ira and Earlene Bell Lawhon. She was a member of Christian Assembly Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harrell Lee Hutchinson; a brother, Dale Lawhon; and her parents. Survivors include her son, Michael L. Hutchinson of Effingham; three brothers, Larry Lawhon of Florence, Steve Lawhon of Florence and Gerald Lawhon of Minnesota; and a grandchild, Christopher M. Hutchinson of Timmonsville. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
