Stephen Hodge, Jr. Timmonsville, SC Stephen Hodge, Jr., 60, of Timmonsville, SC passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at his residence after an illness. Mr. Hodge was born in Florence, SC a son of Stephen Hodge, Sr. and the late Hazel Forde Hodge.He was a US Marine Corps veteran having served in Vietnam.He was employed at Rock-Tenn of Florence, was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his children, Stephen Joshua Hodge, III of Olympia, WA, Melissa Davis Ellington of Columbia and Gregory L. Davis of Florence; grandchildren, Rian Davis, Jamison Ellington and Mary Katherine Ellington; father of Florence; sisters, Gayle (Chalmers) Hutchinson of Florence and Linda Brandon of Darlington and his beloved canine companion, Myrtle. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Mount Hope Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel.Entombment will follow directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
