Shirley North Lewis

Shirley North Lewis, 81, of Florence, SC, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015. Ms. Lewis was born in Florence, a daughter of the late James Henry North and Cora Jean Evans North. She had worked as a bookkeeper with Carter-Miles Machine Shop.Ms. Lewis was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, Sheree Prosser (Harry), Vickie Morrison (Randy) and Robin Lewis (Debbie), all of Florence and David Lewis (Sheila) of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Angie Graham, Kristi Hutchinson (Brant), JoshWall (Amber), Bridgette Matherly (James), Sloan Campbell (Jonathan), Alex Lewis, Benji Lewis (Kacie) and Ethan Lewis (Dyonna); great-grandchildren, Luke Graham, Anna Belle and Charlotte Hutchinson, Wayde Lewis, Levi and Savannah Lewis, and Carter Wall and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Greenwood Baptist Church.Burial will follow at Sandy Plains United Methodist Church Cemetery in Galivants Ferry, SC, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the church. Memorials may be made to Greenwood Baptist Church, Meals on Wheels Mission, 2401 Claussen Road, Florence, SC29505.
