Scarlett Amanda Manning

Scarlett Amanda Manning, 57, of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021. Ms. Manning was born in Florence, SC a daughter of Tonia Jean Creel Bailey and Ezra C. "E.C." Bailey. She is predeceased by her grandmother, Grace Creel; grandfather, Europe Jiles “E.J.” Creel. Surviving are her parents; sons, John (Chelsea) Manning of Franklinton, NC and Bailey Manning of Florence, SC; grandchild, Eban Manning; brother, Thad Bailey of Florence; sisters, Landess (Randal) Johnson of Rocky Mount, NC, and Elizabeth “Liz” (Jeff) Winstead of Florence. Memorials may be made to Friendship United Methodist Church, 5412 E. Old Marion Highway, Florence, SC 29506. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Friendship United Methodist Church.
