Ruth Ellen Ferrara Kasler

RUTH ELLEN FERRARA KASLER Florence, SC Ruth Ellen Ferrara Kasler, 89, of Florence, passed away on Monday, June 06, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness. Mrs. Kasler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin a daughter of the late Dominick Ferrara and Louisa Spicciati Ferrara. She was preceded in death by her parents and by two sisters, Cora Bishop and Ellenor Orlando. Surviving are her husband, Joseph W. Kasler of Florence; son, Thomas (Gloria) Kasler of Myrtle Beach; daughter, Caryn Lynn (Scott) Franklino of Florence; brother, Ralph Ferrara of Fond du Lac, WI; five grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7021 St. Andrews Road, Suite 100A, Columbia, SC29212 or the Florence Humane Society, P. O. Box 4808, Florence, SC29502. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Reeves Cannon and The Church at Sandhurst for their visits to Mrs. Kasler.
