Ruby Ruth Elizabeth DeWitt Kemmerlin Florence, SC Ruby Ruth Elizabeth DeWitt Kemmerlin, 89, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in a local health care facility. Ruby was born in Florence County, a daughter of the late Julius and Minnie Huggins DeWitt.She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by a son, Julius Samuel Kemmerlin and a grandson, Kerry Kemmerlin. Surviving are a son, Malcolm Kindred Kemmerlin, his wife, Lisa Powell Kemmerlin; a daughter, Kempie Willis, her husband, Don Willis; eight grandchildren, Cynthia DeWitt Kirshy, Jonathan DeWitt, Haley Kemmerlin, Chaney Kemmerlin, Kayla Kemmerlin, Ryan Kemmerlin, Eric Kemmerlin, and Julie Kemmerlin; and three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Kirshy, Charlie DeWitt, and Valerie Kemmerlin. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2013 in the chapel of Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
