Rose Mary Greene Lindsey

Rose Mary Greene Lindsey, 53, of Effingham, SC, passed away on Saturday morning, July 11, 2015, at McLeod Hospital. Rose Mary was born December 30, 1961, in Hartsville, SC, daughter of Helmer Charles “Chuck” Greene and the late Mary Louise Greene (Steen). She graduated from West Florence High School. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her only son, Christopher Paul Humphrey. Surviving family members are her siblings Ray (Joyce) Greene of Effingham, Ricky (Katheline) Greene of Charleston, Gene Greene of Effingham, Wayne Greene of Florence and Jennifer Greene of Effingham and her grandchildren, Blaze Humphrey and Mason Humphrey.She had seven nieces and nephews and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Rose Mary is being cremated as per her wishes. The family is having a Celebration of Life Dinner in her honor on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at 1604 Bellevue Drive, Florence, SC.Bring your stories.
