Ronald Thurman Lawson

Ronald Thurman Lawson, 74, of Lady’s Island, SC, formerly of Florence, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at McLeod Hospice House. Mr. Lawson was born in Hazard, KY, a son of the late Thurman Lawson and Alma Robinson Lawson. He was a US Navy Veteran and a retired painting contractor. Surviving are his wife of fifty-one years, Mary Linda Still Lawson; his daughters, Robin (Tommy) Cribb and Rebecca (Kenneth) Rowland, all of Florence; his grandchildren, Ashley (Dorian) Stewart, Hunter Cribb, Zach Rowland and Erin Rowland; sister-in-law, Billie Carol Ray and her husband, Dr. Starling Ray; and two nieces and one nephew.
