Robert Lee Jackson

Robert Lee Jackson, 68, of Florence, SC, passed Friday, August 22, 2025.

He was the son of the late Bill Jackson and Nancy Harrelson Jackson.

Robert graduated with the Class of 1975 from West Florence High School. He was the proud owner of Lee Jackson Construction and a devoted member of Palmetto Street Church of God. He was actively involved with the Sheriff's Department at Camp Pee Dee Pride. Known as the life of the party, Robert brought laughter wherever he went. He also had a deep love for animals. Robert was an avid Gamecock Fan and never met a stranger.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Lee Jackson; son, Clay Jackson; daughter, April (Kevin) Reeves; grandchild, Lillian Reeves; brothers, John Wesley Jackson, Wick (Cindy) Jackson, and Glenn Jackson; and 2 beloved pets Sugar and Maxie + 5 cats.

The family will receive friends Monday, August 25, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at Palmetto Street Church of God Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
