Robert "Bob" W. Brown

Robert “Bob” W. Brown, 72, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at his residence. Bob was born July 6, 1943 in Luzerne County, PA, a son of the late Berton and Viola (Roper) Brown. He was retired from Proctor & Gamble Paper Products in Mehoopany, PA.He attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Florence, SC. Survivors include his beloved wife, Ellie; a son, Robert W. Brown, Jr. and his wife, Tracy of Collegeville, PA; four daughters, Jacklyn Brown of Binghamton, NY, Donna Toomey of Myrtle Beach, SC, Debbie Hopkins and her husband, Jim, of Haymarket, Virginia and Patti Adams of Alexandria, VA; three sisters, Pat Wagner of Catawissa, PA, Beverly “Lucky” Bulford and her husband, Dave, of Pittston, PA and Janet O’Boyle of NC; 5 grandchildren, Gabby Furman, Lucas and Emilia Brown, Bruce Siefken and Andrew Hopkins and 2 great-grandchildren, Anya Siefken and Khloie Furman. The family will receive friends from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 pm.
