Rebecca Gertrude "Trudy" Jordan Larrimore

Rebecca Gertrude “Trudy” Jordan Larrimore, 79, of Florence, SC went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 22, 2019. Mrs. Larrimore was born in Conway, SC a daughter of the late Virginia Barnhill Jordan and Clarence Henry Jordan. She was a graduate of Conway High School. Mrs. Larrimore was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church and sang in the choir. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who had the gift of gab and never met a stranger. Trudy enjoyed crocheting, gardening, baking and being surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Kenneth Terry Larrimore. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Alvin Kenneth Larrimore of Florence, SC; son, Glenn Larrimore of Chapel hill, NC; daughters, Judy L. Jones (Chris) of Timmonsville, SC, Kimberly L. Munn (Brunson) and Pamela L. Poston both of Florence, SC; sisters, Bonnie J. Hucks, Martha J. Hubbard (George) both of Conway, SC and Tangie J. Weitzman (Robert) of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Heather Kemmerlin Biddy (Troy), Hayley Poston, Colton Carnell, Conner Munn and Garrick Jones; great-grandchildren, Paisley Ray, Anna Caroline and Charlotte Biddy; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
