RANDY KENT DOTSON EFFINGHAM, SC Randy Kent Dotson, 61, of Effingham, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness. Mr. Dotson was born in Florence Co., SC a son of the late Hiram Chester Dotson and Wilma Marie Anderson Dotson.He had attended Pee Dee Community Fellowship Church and retired from Delta Mills/JP Stevens after 33 years. Surviving are his wife, Linda Floyd Lynch Dotson of Effingham; son, Jonathan Dotson of Effingham; daughter, Vanessa (Zina Epps) Dotson of Baltimore, MD; step-daughters, Christy Alexander of Columbia and Angel Lynch of Florence; brothers, James (Joyce) Dotson of GA, Ronnie (Gail) Dotson of Effingham, Doris Johnson and Linda (Snow) Havird, both of Greenwood, SC; six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a number of nieces and nephews.
