Phyllis Mae Flowers Williams

Phyllis Mae Flowers Williams, 92, of Florence, SC, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Neat David Flowers and Maude Ella Farmer Flowers.

She was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church for 65 years and she was a member of the Serenity Circle. She enjoyed artwork, working in her yard, and caring for her home. She was a wonderful cook and loved bringing her family together for meals. Most of all, she loved her family and treasured playing games with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Williams; brothers, Talmadge Flowers and Malcom Flowers; sisters, Della Ruffin, Sybil Cone, and Audrey Glover.

Surviving are her sons, William Terence (Martha) Williams and Kevin Lee (Michelle) Williams; daughters, Pamela Jean Ricks, Debbie (Tommy) Griffin, and Jackie Williams; brother, Raeford (Lucy) Flowers; grandchildren, Tracey (Mike) Tyson, Christian Horne, Kelly Mixson, Whitney (Ben) Lagrange, Marshall (Jen) Griffin, Heather (Chris) Warner, Blake (Sadie) Williams, and Miranda Williams; and 14 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and family Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel.

Entombment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery.
