Pamela Porter

Pamela Porter, 60, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Mrs. Porter was born in Roxboro, NC a daughter of the late Donald C. Jeffrey and Margaret Thaxton Jeffrey.She was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church and a school district secretary. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christian Blake Porter. Surviving are her husband, Larry Porter; son, Jeffrey Porter of Florence; sisters, Brandy (Billy) Taylor and Becky (Billy) Dunkley, both of Oxford, NC. Memorials may be made to the Florence Humane Society, P. O. Box 4808, Florence, SC29502. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in Florence Memorial Gardens.
