Nancy J. Mcduffie

Miss. Nancy J. McDuffie, 78, died February 28, 2017.She was born October 13, 1938, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth N. McDuffie of Florence, SC.She attended Florence schools and graduated from McClenaghan and graduated from the University of South Carolina. She was an avid Gamecock fan.She was a charter member of Saint Paul United Methodist Church of Florence. She worked for the University of South Carolina and then worked for General Electric Mobile Communications Division. She lived in Columbia, SC.She retired and moved back to Florence.She enjoyed traveling, reading, and visiting her family. She is survived by two sisters, Kaye M. Brown of Lake City and Celia Hinds of Florence, and nieces, Karole B. Parker and Mary Walker of Lake City and nieces, Cindy H. Dickison, Kathy Hope, and Jessica M. Bennett, of Charleston, SC, and nephew, Dai Wysong and family of Wausau, Wisconsin. Graveside services will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. Reverend Deborah Armstrong will be in charge.
