Nancy Lena Surrett White

Nancy Lena Surrett White, 79, of Florence, passed away on July 27, 2021. Mrs. White was born a daughter of the late Hazel Elizabeth Pollard Surrett and Golden Lowman Surrett.She was a teacher with Hoke County High School in Raeford, NC, for over thirty years.She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Ralph Edgar White; and son, Russell White. Mrs. White is survived by her son, Dr. Chad Lee White (Stacy) of Florence, SC; grandchildren, Kaylie Kilpatrick, Eli White and Gabe White; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Vaughn of Sykesville, MD and Cleo Emma Rogers of Blythewood, SC and special friends Susan Thrasher, Channie Bazen and Ketura Watson. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.
