Mary H. Johnson

Mary H. Johnson, 92, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away on Wednesday July, 21, 2021. She was born the daughter of the late Alexander and Dorothy Hewlett. Mary is preceded by her parents, along with her husband, Lennox A. Johnson; son, Lennox Johnson, Jr.; brother, Louis Hewlett; and grandson, David Johnson. She is survived by sons, Robert (Eileen) Johnson of Alamosa, Colorado, and Richard (Regina) Johnson of Florence, SC; daughter-in-law, Vicki Johnson of Waldorf, Maryland; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 pm Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the Florence Baptist Temple Chapel with the service being held at 2:00 pm. Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. The family will also receive friends from 11 – 12:00 noon Friday, July 30, 2021 at Lake Asbury Baptist Church, 2674 Henley Road, Green Cove Springs, FL with the service there to follow at 12:00 noon at the church.
