Mary Gwen Gibbons Tock

MARY GWEN GIBBONS TOCK, 51 of Florence, passed away in Hawaii on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Gwen was born in Manning, SC, a daughter of the late Bannie Elbert and Dorothy Lee Gibbons. She had retired from Palmetto Packaging after 25 years. Surviving are her husband, Staff Sergeant Michael Ray Tock currently stationed at Schofield Barracks, HI; Daughter, Shannon Kemper (Phillip) Powell of Semmes, AL; grandchildren, Grace Powell, Madelyn Powell; step-daughter, Krista Nicole Tock; siblings, Joanne (Jimmy) McLaughlin, Margaret (Bob) Pattillo, and Brenda (Allen) Gibson, all of Florence and Bobby (Jan) Gibbons of Kingsport, TN;mother-in-law, Ellyn Jean (Tom) Combs of Dunbar, WI; father-in-law, Raymond Frank (Frances) Tock of Hendersonville, NC; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
