MARY FRANCES DuBOSE Timmonsville, SC Mary Frances DuBose, 84, of Timmonsville, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness. Mrs. DuBose was born in Florence, SC a daughter of the late Luke Hutchinson Stokes and Mary Wade Stokes.She was a very giving person, never met a stranger, loved everybody and was loved by all.She always sacrificed for others and especially for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aimee Steece DuBose and by a brother, L.H. “Bubba” Stokes, Jr. Surviving are her children, Cindy (Mike) Page and Amy (Mickey) Hardee, both of Timmonsville; grandchildren, Chad (Rachel) Page, Deanne (Tim) McGee, Michael (Hannah) Page, Steece (Julia) Hayes, Sandy (Freddie) Herring, Dee Dee (Bauer) Vaughters and Jennifer (Jamie) Hoover; great-grandchildren, Avery McGee, Alyssa McGee, Jacob Page, Rivers Page, Cassie Herring, Collin Herring, Steece Hayes, Jr., Kourtney Stanton, Ford Vaughters, Ellen Vaughters, Henry Vaughters, Meredith Hoover and Grace Hoover; sisters, Elizabeth Ellis, Betty Evans and Sally Baker. Memorials may be made to the McLeod Hospice House, PO Box 100551, Florence, SC29502 or to the Frank Monroe Scholarship Fund, Florence Baptist Temple, 2308 South Irby St. Florence, S.C. 29505. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Florence Baptist Temple Chapel.Visitation will immediately follow the service in the chapel.
