Marianne Heitzman

MARIANNE RUST HEITZMAN FLORENCE, SC Marianne Rust Heitzman, 94, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013. She was born in Tiffin, OH on June 4, 1918 to Bertha and Charles Rust.She moved to Toledo, Ohio at the age of 4 or 5 and graduated from Libby High School, Class of 1936. She was a homemaker, except for a short time during World War II, she worked in a local Toledo supermarket. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Erwin Heitzman. Surviving are her sons, David L. Heitzman of Elmore, OH and William G. Heitzman of Hinckley, OH; daughter, Carol A. Sanderson of Florence, SC; grandchildren, Douglas Sanderson of Louisville, KY and Dawn Sanderson of Asheville, NC; great-grandchildren, Brittany Sanderson Savannah Sanderson, both of Louisville, KY and Carlee Hill and Carrigan Hill, both of Asheville, NC. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Toledo Memorial Cemetery directed by Ansberg-West Funeral Home.
