Margaret Brigman Anderson

MARGARET BRIGMAN ANDERSON FLORENCE, S.C. MARGARET BRIGMAN ANDERSON, 87, of Florence, passed away on March 26, 2013, in a local healthcare facility. Mrs. Anderson was born in Dillon, SC, a daughter of the late Alexander Brigman and Orrie Miller Brigman. She graduated from The Cadet Nurse Corps, Class of 1947, at McLeod Infirmary as a registered nurse and worked for McLeod Infirmary.Mrs. Anderson was a life member of Omar Provetsand a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Sidney Marion Anderson, Sr. and her son, Sidney Marion Anderson, Jr. Surviving are her daughter, Betty Louise Harmon of Ontario, Canada; her son, Darby “Sandy”(Jackie) A. Anderson of Swansea and four grandchildren, Margaret “Meg” Anderson and Alexander M. Anderson, both of Swansea and Johnny Harmon and Jimmy Harmon, both of Summerville. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Calvary Baptist Church.The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service at the church.
