Marcia Royal Neupert

Marcia Royal Neupert, 55, of Florence, SC, passed away March 17, 2026.

She was the daughter of Thomas Frank Royal and Marjorie Murray Royal.

Marcia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter who prioritized family above all else. She was grateful for all of the opportunities she had to travel in her camper van to visit family and friends. She enjoyed being outside, hated dandelions, and hated wearing shoes. She always spoke her mind while having a Pepsi in her hand. She also enjoyed fishing, going to the lake, and redecorating perfectly good rooms. She was eager to help anyone and would jump into action without hesitation.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Joshua (Evonne) Neupert, Karlie (Brent) Westmoreland, Melayna (Andrew) Ruehling, Deannah Neupert (Matt), and Corey (Grace) Neupert; grandchildren, Caden Neupert, Joellen Neupert, Eloise Westmoreland, and Oliver Ruehling; and sister, Lisa Royal Hickman, and her twin sister, Monica Royal.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Christopher Royal.

The family will receive friends and family Monday, March 23, 2026 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home, 2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family welcomes family and friends to drop in at Osborne’s Inc (265 Warley St. Florence, SC 29501) from 3:00 – 5:00 PM after the service.
