Lou Alice Cribb Eaddy Florence, SC Lou Alice Cribb Eaddy, 85, died peacefully at McLeod Hospice House, Saturday, July 28, 2012. She was born July 30, 1926 in Johnsonville and had been a resident at Florence Rehab since December 2007.She was a graduate of Johnsonville High School and a devoted Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hoyt and Alvera Parrott Cribb; her husband, Edward Bud Eaddy; brother, Lafoy Cribb, an infant son; great-granddaughter, Bobbi Jo Eaddy; grandson, Scott Phipps; great-grandson, Trent Huffines and daughter-in-law, Sylvia Jean Perdue Eaddy. Surviving are her children, Randal (Betty) Eaddy of Timmonsville, Ivan (Peggy) Eaddy of Florence, Lanny (Rose) Eaddy of Fountain Inn, Laura (Ray) Odom of Greensboro, NC, Susan (Barney) Phipps of Brown Summit, NC and Myra (Mike) Tarte of Florence; siblings, Lincoln Cribb of Johnsonville, Norman (Carolyn) Cribb of Georgetown, Verlene Cooper, Mary Dudley and Sandra Tisdale, all of Florence; grandchildren, Randy Eaddy of Stewartstown, PA, Lisa Bowers of Huntington Town, MD, Cynthia Eaddy of Darlington, Alice Rockwell of Chapin, Melissa Nesbitt of Stuarts Draft, VA, Pamela Spicuzza of Virginia Beach, Rebecca Thompson of Florence, Brian Eaddy of King George, VA, Ellis Eaddy of Raleigh, NC, Lesley Moskow of Fort Hood, TX, Cristal Huffines of Brown Summit, NC, Brian Tarte of Florence and Jennifer Harris of Washington, NC; 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, July 30, 2012 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home chapel.Burial will follow in the Lake Chapel Cemetery in Johnsonville, SC.
