Lisa Ann Bailey Kelehear, 59, of Effingham, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
Ms. Kelehear was born in Florence, SC a daughter of Lana Celestine Powers Bailey and the late Reuben D. Bailey. She had been employed with INS Grocers and was a member of Freedom Liberty Worship Center.
Surviving are her mother; daughter, Taylor McDaniel; and brother, Frank Bailey.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Florence Memorial Gardens.
