LISA EVANS DEAN FLORENCE, SC Lisa Evans Dean, 50, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Carolinas Hospital after an illness. Mrs. Dean was born in Williamsburg Co., SC a daughter of Bascom Lee Evans, III and Mabeline Eaddy “Bee” Evans.She was very proud to be a stay at home mom and home school teacher and then later she became a part time teacher assistant at Southside Middle School. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Jessica Lynette Dean. Surviving are her husband of exactly 31 and a half years, David A. Dean of Florence; children, Jessica Dean Humphrey, Joshua David Dean and Cassie Dean, all of Florence; brother, Bascom Lee “Buddy” Evans, IV of Johnsonville; sister, Jeannie (Tony) Rea of Michigan; the very precious apple of her eye, her granddaughter, Lucy Caroline Humphrey and many special nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Dean Education Fund, c/o First Citizens Bank, 619 Pamplico Highway, Florence, SC29505. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2014 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 4 – 6 PM Tuesday prior to the service.
