Linda E. Davis

Linda E. Davis, 68, of Effingham, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. Ms. Davis was born a daughter of the late Ivey Monroe Calder and Emma Brown Calder. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Calder and her sister, Jean Louis. Ms. Davis is survived by her son, Greg Calder (Glenda) of Florence; daughter, Belena Davis of Bristol, TN; five grandchildren, Elizabeth Pate, Allison Calder, Olivia Jessee, Isabella Jessee and Emma Calder; brothers, Ivey Calder and Bobby Calder, both of Conway; and sisters, Joyce Chestnut (David) and Louise Chandley (Rick), both of Conway. Due to the current COVID-19 concerns, a private graveside service will be held at Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
