Lauren Michelle Hooks Florence, SC Lauren Michelle Hooks, 44, died late Saturday evening, March 10, 2012 at her residence after an illness. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.The family will receive friends following the service. Lauren was born in Marion Co., SC a daughter of Ann Powers Powell and Stanley B. Hooks. She loved all animals. Surviving are her mother, Ann Powers Powell and her husband, Derrell Powell of Florence; father, Stanley B. Hooks of Marion; brother, Darren Hooks of Florence; step-brother, Chad (Michelle) Powell of Pamplico; step-sister, Kim (Dave) Turner of Pamplico; special niece, Karah Turner and special nephews, Hayden Powell and Zachary Turner.
