Larry Claude Dennis Florence, SC Larry Claude Dennis, 54, died Friday, June 29, 2012 at his residence after a brief illness. Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Dennis was born in Florence, SC a son of Florence Elmore Strother and the late Bennie Audie Dennis. Surviving are his mother of Florence; brothers, Lester Elmore, Ronnie Dennis, Laurie Dennis, Jerry Dennis, Terry Dennis all of Florence and Keith Wilkins of Spartanburg; sister, Lynne "Sissy" Dennis of Spartanburg. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at the Funeral Home.
