Kevin Michael Tomlinson Florence, SC Kevin Michael Tomlinson, 43, passed away early Saturday morning on November 02, 2013 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 08, 2013 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Kevin was born in Marion, SC a son of the late Frank Michael “Mickey” Tomlinson and Sylvia Maxine Powers Tomlinson. He enjoyed being on the water and working on cars. He gave a home to the many animals that he rescued and loved. He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents, Estallene Grice Powers and Malcolm Powers. Surviving are his daughter, Amber (Scott Matthews) Tomlinson and their daughter, Madison Matthews of Florence; 3 step-children, Alicia Hatmaker and her children, Alexis and Austin Hatmaker of Darlington, William David (Sheena) Hensley and their children, Everett, Conner, Bryson and Aaron of Dayton, Tn., and Sarah (Kevin) Roberts and their children, Spencer, Thomas and Ethan of Norris, Tn their mother and grandmother, Peggy Stigall Tomlinson of Darlington; brother, Chris Tomlinson of Florence;paternal grandparents, Frank and Leona Tomlinson of Florence; several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
