Kenneth Ronald Shinn

Kenneth Ronald Shinn, 83, of Darlington, SC, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Mr. Shinn was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, a son of the late Wilmer Kenneth Shinn and Stella Mae Horn Shinn.He was retired from the US Navy.Mr. Shinn was part of the bus ministry and a member of the choir in Georgetown, SC. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, David Shinn and first great- grandson, A. J. Shinn. Mr. Shinn is survived by his wife, Annie Wall Shinn; sons, Kenneth E. Shinn of Darlington; Reverend Steven Shinn (Wanda) of Walterboro, and Richard Shinn (Robin) of Lexington; daughter, Mary Ann Yates (Jimmy) of Darlington; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and sister, Judy Esposito ( Dr. Steven) of Balston Spa, NY. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow at Florence National Cemetery.
