Kenneth Eddings Davis

Kenneth Eddings Davis, 80, of Florence, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. Mr. Davis was born in Camden, SC a son of the late Robert E. Davis and Gertrude Eddings Davis.He was veteran of the US Army, was a member of the Baptist faith and had been a lab tech at Stone Container. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Edward Davis, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Margie Spires Davis of Florence; step-daughter, Debra Martin (Tommy) Andrews of Florence; grandchildren, Casey Lynn Andrews and Lewis Aaron (Amber) Andrews, both of Florence; nephew, Robert (Rae) Davis of Chapin, SC; nieces, Sara (Russell) Haymen of Johnson City, TN and Sally (Jeffrey) Piccione of Camden, SC and a number of cousins. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7021 St. Andrews Road, Suite 100A, Columbia, SC29212 or to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA23060-9979. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
