Kenneth Dudley "Ken" Wilkins Manning, South Carolina Kenneth Dudley "Ken" Wilkins, 47, of Manning, formerly of Effingham, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at his residence after an extended illness. Ken was born in Florence, SC, a son of Vivian Norton Keys and the late James Dudley Dawson Wilkins.He graduated from South Florence High School and was employed with Time Warner Cable and was previously employed with Progress Energy. He is preceded in death in addition to his father by his paternal grandparents, C.T. & Walla Wallace Wilkins and his maternal grandparents, Bob Norton and Leola Norton Powell. Surviving are his loving wife of 29 years, Lisa Lynch Wilkins; a son, Ken Dawson Wilkins of Manning; his mother, Vivian Norton (Eugene) Keys of Florence; a brother, Timothy Scott Wilkins of Effingham; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the chapel of Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Entombment will follow in the Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
