KEITH HAMILTON COLLINS FLORENCE, S.C. KEITH HAMILTON COLLINS, 61, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012 after an extended illness. He was born to the late Thomas Clarence Collins, Sr. and GertrudeLenore Mackendre Collins, September 16, 1951 in Columbia, SC. He graduated from Dreher High School in 1969. He married Jenny Parrott Collins in 1986 and they lived in Florence throughout their marriage. He was a member of Centennial ARP in Columbia.He was an avid golfer and a member of Crossings Golf Club in Florence. He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-six years, Jenny Parrott Collins; his children, Tonya Collins of Columbia, Brian Collins of Seneca,step-daughter Elizabeth (Todd) O’Connor of Atlanta, GA,step-son Dave Taylor,Jr. of Greenville;his grandchildren, Makayla and Kaden Collins of Seneca; a brother Tommy Collins, Jr. of Columbia and a sister, Dot Nimmons, of Columbia.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Mack Collins, and his sister, Mary Boan. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, November 4, 2012, in the Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 -8:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
