Karen Anne Ham Harrell

Karen Anne Ham Harrell, 72, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022. Mrs. Harrell was born in North Carolina, a daughter of the late Myers L. “Sonny” Ham, Jr. and Molly Oliver Nettles. She was a Registered Nurse who previously worked at McLeod Regional Medical Center and had worked for Drs. Monroe and Waters for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Eddie Ham. Surviving are her husband of almost 46 years, Leon Hill Harrell of Florence; daughters, Amy Harrell, Joy Harrell, Brittany (Jordan) Williams, and Kaitlin (Salvage Ellis) Harrell; grandchildren, Skyllar Ellis and Stormi Ellis; sister, Deborah Wade. The family will receive friends from 3 – 4 pm Monday, October 3, 2022 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with a memorial service to be held at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
