Judy Parrott Carter

Judy Parrott Carter, 62, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016. Ms. Carter was born in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Ervin Parrott and Velma Ruth Glisson Parrott.She was an administrative executive with Automatic Data Processing (ADP).Ms. Carter was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church where she worked in the nursery and was a Sunday School teacher.She was a very compassionate and giving person and always met everyone with a smile. Her granddaughter, Abby, was the light of her life. Surviving are her daughter, Natalie Todd, of Sumter; granddaughter, Abigail White; brother, Anthony Parrott of Johnsonville; sister, Ruby Floyd, Florence, SC; niece, Nicole Parrott, and nephews, James Cusaac and Christopher Parrott. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church on Saturday, August 27, 2016.Burial will follow at Powell Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the church on Saturday. Memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice House, P. O.
