Judtih Gregg Baker

JUDITH GREGG BAKER, 77, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Mrs. Baker was born in Florence, SC a daughter of the late William McCall Gregg and Lydia Rogers Gregg.She was an administrative assistant for the Ports Authority in Charleston, SC and was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Florence and an affiliate member of Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church in North Myrtle Beach. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, D. Claude Baker; sister, Rita Gregg Taylor and nephew, Ernest Gregg Hill. Surviving are her niece, Lacie Hill (Benji) Lawhon of Lamar, SC; step-daughter, Melissa Baker (Greg) Evans of Winchester, VA; step-son, Claude Eugene (Debra) Baker of Summerville, SC 3 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren and several great-nieces and a great-nephew. Memorials may be made to Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 5314 Old River Road, Florence, SC 29505. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Hopewell Presbyterian Church with the service to take place at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary.Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
