Joyce Gloria Dodge

Joyce Gloria Dodge, 71, of Florence, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016. Mrs. Dodge was born in Jersey City, NJ, a daughter of the late Pete Colilla and Lillian Lydecker Colilla. She was a member of South Florence Baptist Church, and worked with K-Mart for almost ten years as an assistant merchandiser. Surviving are her son, George A. (Debbie) Dodge of Florence; daughters, Cheryl J. (Robert) Wilkes of Florence and Lisa D. (Marshall) McRae of Rock Hill; grandchildren, James Robbins, Victoria Hudson, Tracy Wilkes-Lamb, Lorie Creel, Melanie Herring, Tyler McRae, Gabrielle McRae, Cameron Dodge and Karley Dodge; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George F. “Pop” Dodge; grandson, Danny Wilkes; brothers, Sonny Colilla and Bobby Colilla; and sister, Lorraine Truncellito. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
